Bangin'! Kalis At The Berrics

Dyrdek Opens Laffayette Skate Spot
On Tuesday the movement continued in Los Angeles as Skate Plaza visionary Rob Dyrdek opened the world's first Safe Spot, Skate Spot at Lafayette Recreational Park. A thousand kids were joined by LA Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, camera news crews and reporters, a Fuel TV crew, and magazine reps. The locals, their families, the DC team and the industry were all on hand for the opening of skateboarding's newest landmark, and the start of the era of the Safe Spot Skate Spot.

Friday The 13th Review
So, Friday the 13th I spent at the movies to check out the new flick. I have to say, I was stoked! I think everyone was anticipating this one. The intro was probably one of the longest intro's i've ever seen but cool how they go about doing it. One thing I like about this remake is, remember how in all the other Friday's Jason walked and no matter how far and fast they ran he caught them, well he runs in this one. And has more than one way to kill, so sweet! There were some good upgrades for it not to mention all the cheesy cinemax style sex throughout the movie. If you think it's stupid that's your own fault and you have no imagination. I recommend going to see this one if you like blood and the lobbing off of body parts. Feedback?

Skateparks and Kooks
If you live in an area where it snows and your into skating, your gonna find yourself at the local skatepark quite a bit. Now, I don't know about you, but seriously, who else gets annoyed by the damn kooks that stand around holding their skateboards and getting in the way 24/7!?
