Stop #17 Of The 09 North American PBRJ Tour - Keystone, Colorado
This past weekend marked out second year at Keystone for a PBRJ. Jason, Tony and the terrain park crew worked until 4am the day of the contest preparing one of the best contest sites we have seen on the entire tour! Zone 1 consisted of a flat-down pipe, zone 2 was a gnarly up-corrugated pipe and zone 3 was composed of a flat-down picnic table. All the riders (including us) were stoked and that excitement was shown in the level of riding that went down. Stop #16 Of The 09 North American PBRJ Tour - Mount Seymour, BC
This year’s event site was one of the best we’ve seen yet consisting of three unbelievably progressive areas. Zone one was a three-featured hubba consisting of a flat-down box, a middle box, and a side rail with 10-foot drop off the edge of the feature. Zone 2 was one of the most interesting features we’ve run in to on the tour yet! It was made up of 2 offset butter pads, (1 box facing up to another facing down) split in the middle by a flat bar. This allowed the competitors to be as creative as they wanted. Zone 3 was a long and intimidating down-flat corrugated pipe (55 feet). After gazing for the first time on the amazing venue, we knew it was going to be an entertaining day! Click the pic to check out the rest of the photos and watch the video.

Fast And Furious Review
Definitely worth seeing! They did a great job with this. Taking you back before Tokyo Drift while Han and Dom worked together. Eventually catching up to where this takes place at the same time of the Tokyo Drift movie. They throw a little bit of all types of driving in this one from 10 second runs, to drifting, to chasing, and even dirt. Just about the whole film is action so your never sitting there long listening to them chat back and forth. The ending is quite a surprise, lets just say something you wouldn't expect to happen but it's left wide open for another movie to hopefully come out soon! Go see this movie! Super good.

This show is a raw version of what is happening with our team riders when they are on the road, at home, or doing whatever they can think of to keep themselves entertained. The first episode follows Curtis Ciszek and friends around the Oregon backcountry. In episode 2 Curtis heads to the Oregon coast is search of waves and ends up on a sweet sandboarding mission. There are a few resorts we visit each season on the PBRJ tour that are distinct for one reason or another. Brighton is a highlight for a few reasons; the weather always seems to be near perfect for the contest and competitors always seem to enlighten us with a new piece of flare. This year the highlight would have to be the rider who opted for sh*t kickers instead of snowboard boots! While not providing the best ankle support, they reeked of style and the attention they received was truly remarkable! Dyrdek Opens Laffayette Skate Spot
On Tuesday the movement continued in Los Angeles as Skate Plaza visionary Rob Dyrdek opened the world's first Safe Spot, Skate Spot at Lafayette Recreational Park. A thousand kids were joined by LA Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, camera news crews and reporters, a Fuel TV crew, and magazine reps. The locals, their families, the DC team and the industry were all on hand for the opening of skateboarding's newest landmark, and the start of the era of the Safe Spot Skate Spot.

Friday The 13th Review
So, Friday the 13th I spent at the movies to check out the new flick. I have to say, I was stoked! I think everyone was anticipating this one. The intro was probably one of the longest intro's i've ever seen but cool how they go about doing it. One thing I like about this remake is, remember how in all the other Friday's Jason walked and no matter how far and fast they ran he caught them, well he runs in this one. And has more than one way to kill, so sweet! There were some good upgrades for it not to mention all the cheesy cinemax style sex throughout the movie. If you think it's stupid that's your own fault and you have no imagination. I recommend going to see this one if you like blood and the lobbing off of body parts. Feedback?
